Overview
TENLIN DC-3020C Programmed Temperature Control Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 20L. It uses programmed temperature control technology to provide an accurate and stable temperature environment.

Principle
The equipment achieves heating and cooling through a Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature detected by the Pt100 Sensor. The circulating pump drives the working medium to exchange heat in the tank (domestic circulation) or with external equipment (external circulation), so as to achieve rapid achievement and high stability of the target temperature.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the target temperature, alarm temperature, and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and start running.
6. After running, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• Make sure the liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
• Do not use in flammable and explosive environments.
• When the device is running, do not block the entry and exit trends.
• When carrying out external circulation, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature to prevent accidents.
• Clean equipment regularly and keep it well ventilated.
• If not in use for a long time, drain the liquid in the Tank.
