Overview
TENLIN GDH-3030 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. The equipment uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with high Stability and high uniformity in a low temperature or thermostatic environment.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve a fast set temperature and maintain a high degree of stability. The inner and outer circulation systems can strongly agitate the liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature, or the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out through an external cycle to provide thermostatic conditions for external experimental equipment.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as absoluteethanol) into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature value and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the control panel.
4. Start the refrigeration and circulation system, and the equipment starts working.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and add a sufficient amount of suitable circulating medium.
Equipment working environment should be well ventilated, away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials.
• Do not activate the heating or cooling function when there is no liquid or insufficient liquid in the tank.
When setting the alarm temperature, ensure its rationality to ensure effective protection.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, always turn off the power and allow it to chill down completely.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment without authorization.
