Principle
This equipment drives the rotating shaft swirl/spin through the frequency conversion motor, adopts the smart frequency conversion controller to realize stepless speed regulation, and the digital PID technology ensures High Accuracy control. The dispersion impeller and the sand grinding blades are directly connected to the rotating shaft, and the material is stirred, dispersed and ground by swirl/spin. The jacketed barrel can control the temperature through chilled down water.

Steps
1. Fix the cartridge on the left and right grippers
2. Install dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc as needed
3. Rotation speed by variable frequency controller
4. Start the equipment for mixing, dispersing or sanding operations
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the parts after the operation is completed

• Speed range is within 60~ 8000rpm
• Regularly check whether the connection between the impeller and the grinding disc is firm
• The barrel should be fixed to ensure stability and avoid loosening during operation
