OSP-45 L600/φ 10 coating rod is a kind of OSP series Metering rod, which can be used for printing Spreader such as paper and film. Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements. Widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
The coating rod controls the transfer amount of the Spreader liquid through the groove specification. Under the same 1mm area, the D-Bar coating rod is applied more. The transfer amount of the Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove specification, but the actual Coating Weight may be affected by the Spreader condition and the physical characteristics of the Spreader liquid.
