Overview
DH30-06 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products, which provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions. It can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating or cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is the right-hand assistant of laboratory personnel.
Features
1. Adopt automatic thermostatic Control system, including self-developed temperature control technology, PT100 Sensor and all imported electronic components.
2. The software system can easily correct the display temperature and the actual temperature error, and the correction resolution is as high as 0.001 ° C to ensure the accurate display.
3. Temperature Stability, PID temperature control can automatically adjust parameters according to different media, special needs can be manually adjusted.

8. Have a professional domestic circulation system to make the temperature uniform and stable; it can be changed to an external circulation system to establish a second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.

Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature inside the Tank through an automatic thermostatic Control system, combined with PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm. The system circulates the liquid in the tank through a domestic circulation pump to ensure uniform temperature. When it is necessary to cool down, the fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system starts-up; when it is necessary to heat up, the heating system works. The alarm system monitors the temperature in real time to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable, well-ventilated position.
2. Add the appropriate medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Start the device and the system will automatically start temperature control.
7. After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off the instrument function (the temperature change in the tank can still be displayed).
8. Disconnect the power and clean the Tank.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Avoid operations by unrelated personnel to prevent mistaken changes to setting parameters.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm setting to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• Regularly clean the equipment to maintain good heat dissipation.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the Tank and store it properly.
