Overview
DH30-10 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is one of the BINGLIN brand DH series products. It provides a precise thermostatic, hot and cold controlled standard environment for various laboratory testing and analysis institutions, and can be used as a cold source and heat source for direct or indirect heating and cooling. This model has 0.01 ° C high resolution , +/- 0.05 ° C temperature fluctuation, which is a good right-hand assistant for laboratory personnel.
Features
Automatic thermostatic Control system: Using self-developed temperature control technology with PT100 and all imported electronic components, the software system can easily correct the error between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature (resolution up to 0.001 ° C), PID temperature control can automatically or manually adjust parameters, digital lock settings to avoid misoperation, accurate and fast temperature control.
2. Refrigeration system: using an effective fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and multiple protections such as overheating and overcurrent.
3. Circulation system: with professional domestic circulation to make the temperature uniform and stable; can be changed to external circulation system, external circulation pump can output thermostatic liquid to establish the second thermostatic field outside the machine or as a cold source to chill down the experimental container outside the machine.
4. Alarm system: with over-temperature protection, over-temperature alarm function, can set over-temperature alarm temperature, over-temperature can automatically cut off the load.

6. Press the "Power" button to turn off all functions of the instrument, but the instrument can still display the natural rise and fall of the temperature in the tank.
Principle
The device precisely adjusts the refrigeration system (Compressor refrigeration) and heating system through the automatic thermostatic Control system, combined with PT100 temperature sensor and PID algorithm, to achieve rapid and stable temperature in the Tank. The domestic circulation system ensures uniform temperature in the tank, and the external circulation system can pump out the thermostatic medium to provide a stable temperature environment for external experiments. When the temperature exceeds the set safe range, the alarm system starts-up protection.

Steps
1. According to the experimental requirements, select and set the target temperature.
2. Use the software system to correct the temperature display value (if necessary).
3. Start the device, and the PID system will automatically or according to the set parameters for temperature control.
4. If an external thermostatic field needs to be established, an external circulation system can be connected and enabled.
5. During the experiment, the temperature state can be observed through the panel.
6. After the experiment is over, press the "Power" button to turn off the function of the instrument (the instrument still shows the temperature change in the tank).

• Ensure equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
Depending on the experimental medium, PID parameters may need to be adjusted for optimal Stability.
• Pay attention to setting the over-temperature alarm temperature to prevent accidents.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the pipeline connection is correct and there is no leakage.
Equipment has multiple protection functions, but it should still be avoided from overloading for a long time.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
