Overview
JINGWEN JW-101C1 paper compression tester is a mechatronics precision testing equipment, mainly used for paper, Corrugated Board and related paper products Compressive Strength test. It uses High Accuracy Sensor and high-speed processor to ensure fast and accurate data collection, and has powerful data processing and display functions.

Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample by fixing the upper pressure plate and controlling the lower pressure plate by the drive system. The High Accuracy Weighing Sensor collects the force value data during the compression process in real time and processes it by the high-speed PLC processor. The system automatically completes the test according to the preset program, and calculates, displays and outputs various intensity indicators and statistical results.
Applications
It is mainly suitable for testing paper Ring Crush Test (RCT), Corrugated Board Edge Crush Test (ECT), Flat Crush Test (FCT), adhesive strength (PAT) and paper core Flat Crush Test (CMT) with a thickness of 0.15~ 1.00mm. The platen can also be changed to detect the compressire strength and deformation of various paper cups, paper bowls, paper drums, paper tubes, small Encasement boxes and other types of small containers or honeycomb plates.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the instrument.
2. Set test parameters (such as test type, speed, etc.) through a 7-inch touchscreen.
3. Place the specimen correctly in the center of the lower pressure plate.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes pressurization, data collection and judgment.
5. After the test is completed, the screen displays the test results and Linear dispersion.
6. Test reports can be printed through a thermal printer, or data can be exported through optional computer software/USB flash drive.
Notice
* The instrument should be placed in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
* Power Supply is AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz to ensure voltage stability.
* When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure Test accuracy.
Regularly check the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates (≤ 0.05mm).
Do not touch moving parts during operation to ensure safety.
