Principle
The coating rod carries the coating during the scraping process through its finely grooved surface structure. When the rod rolls or scrapes on the surface of the substrate, the coating within the grooves is uniformly transferred to the substrate, forming a specific and uniform wet film thickness.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate wet film thickness coating rod model.
2. Place the paint on the front end of the substrate.
3. Hold both ends of the coating rod and scrape on the substrate at uniform speed and pressure.
4. After completing the Spreader, clean the coating rod in time.
