Overview
The YOUKE YK3058 Touchscreen is used to simulate the breakdown short circuit, material corrosion or fire risk caused by the arc generated by the leakage of the insulating material in the humid and impurity environment of the electrical products. This instrument conducts the Destructiveness test of the insulating material, tests and evaluates the relative resistance of the insulator under the action of the electric field and water containing impurities under the specified voltage. It is suitable for solid insulating materials and their products of electrical and electronic products and household appliances.
Features
1. The test Chamber structure is made of electrostatic spray painting to ensure durability.
2. The drop count is accurate, and the Control system is stable and reliable.
3. Using rectangular platinum plating Electrode, the bipolar force on the sample is accurate to 1.0N +/- 0.05N.
4. The drop height is adjustable (30mm~ 40mm), the drop size is 44~ 50 drops/cm ³, and the drop time interval is 30 +/- 1 second.
5. PLC + Touchscreen control, support manual/automatic control, parameter setting, real-time data display and operation monitoring, easy to operate, and can print experimental results (optional).
6. Electrical load: The test voltage is adjustable from 100 to 600V, and the voltage drop does not exceed 10% when the short-circuit current is 1A +/- 0.1A. When the short-circuit leakage current is ≥ 0.5A and maintained for 2 seconds, the relay automatically cuts off the current and indicates that the test product is unqualified.
Principle
This tester simulates the situation of electrical products in a humid and impurity environment, between charged parts of different polarities or between charged parts and grounded metal parts due to insulation leakage arcing. By applying an adjustable voltage and impurity-containing water, test the resistance to leakage of insulating materials under the action of electric fields. When the leakage current reaches a set threshold, automatically cut off the current and evaluate the insulation performance of the material.
Applications
Electrical and electronic products, solid insulating materials and products for household appliances, such as relay sockets, transfer switch covers, contactor bodies, etc.
Standards
IEC60335、GB4706.1、IEC60884-1、GB2099.1、GB/T4207-2003、IEC60112。
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V, 50Hz).
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen, including voltage, drop height, and time interval.
3. Place the specimen and adjust the Electrode force to 1.0N +/- 0.05N.
4. Start the manual or automatic control mode and start the test.
5. Monitor real-time data. When the leakage current is greater than or equal to 0.5A and is maintained for 2 seconds, the instrument automatically cuts off the current and indicates the result.
6. Record or print the experimental results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50Hz to avoid overload.
• The drip device needs to be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate drip height and size.
• Electrode force should be precisely controlled within the range of 1.0N +/- 0.05N.
• Avoid touching live parts during the test to prevent the risk of electric shock.
• Keep the observation door closed to ensure safe operation.
• Regularly check relays and Control systems to ensure proper functioning.
