YK3260 single wire vertical combustion testing machine is a professional test equipment produced by YOUKE brand, which is suitable for measuring the vertical combustion non-spreading performance of single plastic wire, control wire, crosslinking, elevator, marine, mining cable, etc. The equipment has the advantages of high Precision, automatic timing, automatic end test, easy operation, etc. It can carry out high self-extinguishing low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin insulating material and low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin irradiated insulating material at 105 ℃ vertical combustion test.

Principle
The testing machine generates a standard flame through a combustion blowtorch, the height of the blue flame center is 50~ 60mm, the total height of the flame is 170~ 190mm, the blowtorch and the vertical axis of the sample are at an angle of 45 degrees, and the blue flame contact point is 475mm away from the lower edge of the horizontal bracket. Within the set ignition time, the flame continuously burns the sample to test its vertical combustion performance.

Steps
1. Prepare specimens with a length of 600 +/- 25mm
2. Install the sample on two horizontal brackets, and the distance between the lower edge of the upper bracket and the upper edge of the lower bracket is 550mm.
3. Set the burning time within the range of 0.1~ 999.9S
4. Select Manual or Automatic Control mode
5. Adjust the gas Flow rate in the range of 100-1000mL/min
6. Adjust the air Flow rate in the range of 1-10L/min
7. Adjust the pressure within the range of 0 to 0.75kpa through the pressure gauge
8. Start high voltage automatic ignition test
Notice
• The size of the combustion box is 300mm wide x 1200mm high x 450mm deep
• The combustion blowtorch is 1KW combustion Nozzle, made according to GB/T5169.14-2007/IEC60695-11-2:2003 standard
• Use high purity 95% technical grade propane gas or gas as combustion gas
• The installation position of the blowtorch should ensure that the blue flame contact point is 475mm away from the lower edge of the horizontal upper bracket
• The angle between the blowtorch and the vertical axis of the sample should be maintained at 45 degrees
• Gas Flow rate should be controlled within the range of 100-1000mL/min
• Air Flow rate should be controlled within the range of 1-10L/min
• Pressure adjustment needs to be carried out within the range of 0~ 0.75kpa
