Overview
YOUKE YK3651A Melt index meter is used to measure the melt flow rate of polymers in the viscous flow state. It is suitable for high temperature engineering plastics such as polycarbonic acid ester, polyaryl sulfone, fluoroplastics, and materials with low melting temperature such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene, polypropylene (PP), ABS Resin, and polyformaldehyde Resin. The instrument is widely used in plastics production, products, Petrochemicals and other industries, as well as related universities, R & D institutions and commodity inspection departments.
Features
1. Temperature range is wide, up to 50~ 450 ℃.
2. Temperature control accuracy is high, Indication Error ≤ +/- 0.2 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 0.1 ℃.
3. Display resolution is high, up to 0.1 seconds.
The temperature recovery time is short, ≤ 4 minutes.
5. Piston Displacement Indication Error is small, +/- 0.01mm.
Principle
The melt flow rate refers to the mass (MFR) or volume (MVR) of the thermal plasticity plastic through the standard die every 10 minutes under a certain temperature and load. This value can characterize the viscous flow characteristics of the thermal plasticity plastic in the molten state, and its measurement principle follows the relevant national standards.
Applications
Plastic production, plastic products, Petrochemicals, related universities, R & D institutions, commodity inspection departments
Standards
GB/T 3682-2000、ISO 1133:2011、ASTM D 1238-2010
Steps
Please read the instruction manual carefully before operation.
