Principle
The coating rod transfers the Spreader liquid through the groove structure, and the amount of Spreader transfer is usually related to the D-Bar specification. Under the same 1mm area, the D-Bar is more widely used, and its Coating Weight is affected by the material diameter, surface preparation and thickness, and is only used as a reference value.

Steps
1. Select the D-Bar groove specification according to the Spreader conditions
2. Refer to the groove specification list and use the minimum specification as a guide
3. Consider the influence of material diameter and surface preparation type on Spreader quantity
