Principle
The coating rod realizes the transfer of Spreader liquid through the groove design. Coating Weight is usually related to the D-Bar groove specification. Under the same 1mm area, D-Bar is more widely used. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is affected by Spreader conditions and physical characteristics. For groove specification selection, please refer to the minimum specification as a guide.

Steps
1. Select the D-Bar groove specification according to the Spreader conditions;
2. Refer to the groove specification list and use the minimum specification as a guide;
