Overview
AISRY ASR-5025 wire swing tester is a device specially used to test the flexural strength of plug leads and cables. The test method is to fix the test material on the fixture and apply a certain load. After swinging left and right through the fixture for a certain number of times, check the disconnection rate or check the total number of swings until it cannot be powered on. The machine can automatically count and automatically stop working when the test material is bent until the broken wire cannot be powered on.
Features
1. Equipped with 6 sets of fixtures, multiple sets of tests can be performed simultaneously.
2. The swing angle can be adjusted between 45 °, 60 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
3. The swing speed is adjustable from 10 to 60 c.p.m., and the signal is collected by the Photoelectric Sensor, and the value is directly adjusted and read by the stepless governor.
4. Equipped with 6 automatic counters, each group of tests can be individually counted.
5. A variety of loads can be applied (50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g).
6. When the sample is bent until it is disconnected and cannot be powered on, the equipment can automatically stop working.
Principle
The testing machine drives the fixture to swing left and right by fixing the test material on the fixture and applying the specified load. During the swing process, the equipment automatically records the number of swings. When the test material is broken due to bending and cannot be powered on, the equipment will automatically detect and stop working, thus completing the test of the bending strength of the wire.
Applications
Power cord manufacturers, DC line manufacturers, product mass testing department
Steps
1. Fix the sample on the fixture of the testing machine.
2. According to the test requirements, apply the specified load to the sample.
3. Set the required swing speed through the stepless governor.
Adjust the fixture to the desired swing angle (45 °, 60 °, 90 °, or 180 °).
5. Start the device to start testing, and the automatic counter starts recording the number of swings.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, or when the sample is disconnected and cannot be powered on, the device automatically stops, check the disconnection rate of the sample or record the total number of swings.
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V, 3A, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• Please confirm that the fixture, load and swing angle are set correctly before operation.
• Please pay attention to safety during testing to prevent splashing of test materials or components.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure that photoelectric Sensors, counters and other components work properly.
