HONGKE GHP-800 intelligent light chamber is a device used for cell tissue growth and cultivation, seed germination, seedling, insect and small animal feeding and microbial foster preservation. It adopts microcomputer control technology to simulate the natural light environment by setting parameters such as temperature, Illumrination degree and time. It is suitable for thermostatic and light experiment fostering in bioengineering, medical research, agricultural science and other fields.

Principle
Control system is used to program parameters such as temperature, Illumrination degree and time. Intelligent thermostatic control and PID output, combined with air duct ventilating system, can achieve uniform temperature and fast Response in the working room. The lighting system can simulate the natural lighting environment and cycle day and night through adjustable illumination to provide suitable thermostatic and lighting conditions for biological growth or preservation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz) to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ℃.
2. Start the device through the touch switch and enter the microcomputer control interface.
3. According to the experimental requirements, the temperature (10-50 ° C when there is light, 5-50 ° C when there is no light), Illumrination degree (0~ 12000LX adjustable) and time (Timer Range 1~ 9999 minutes) can be programmed to set the cycle mode of day and night separately.
4. Place the sample to be fostered or preserved on the shelf (standard 3 pieces) and close the box door.
5. The equipment starts to run, the intelligence system automatically controls the temperature and light, and simulates the setting environment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the device according to the program or wait for the timing to end.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz and check whether the equipment is well grounded.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, Ambient Temperature 5~ 35 ℃ stable place, avoid direct sunlight or close to heat sources.
• When setting parameters, please pay attention to the Temperature range: 10-50 ° C under light conditions, 5-50 ° C under no light conditions, do not use beyond the limit.
• During operation, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature and light Stability.
• Regularly clean the liner (imported stainless steel material) to keep the box hygienic, but it needs to be operated without power when cleaning.
• If the device alarms (such as over-temperature protection), please check the Sensor and setting parameters first, and then use it after troubleshooting.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment, and operations involving refrigerants (such as R134a) should be carried out by professionals.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply, wipe the box clean, and keep drying.
