Overview
HONGKE CHP-160 (air nested) Co2 incubator is a precision instrument specially designed for cells, tissues and bacteria to foster. It adopts modular microcomputer control, has High Accuracy Temperature Control and CO2 concentration control functions, and is widely used in research work in microbiology, agricultural science, genetic engineering, immunology and other fields.

Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature and carbon dioxide concentration in the chamber through a microcomputer module. The heating system (gas sleeve type) provides a stable thermal environment, and the CO2 intake system is combined with a double filtrate device to maintain and purify the gas environment in the chamber. Humidity is provided by natural evaporation, and the door heating device prevents condensation in the observation window. Together, it creates stable and clean conditions for cell or tissue fostering.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position that meets the operating Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 35 ° C) and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (room temperature + 5~ 60 ° C) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) through the microcomputer control panel.
3. After the environment (temperature, CO2 concentration) in the box reaches the set value and stabilizes, put in the foster.
4. During use, the situation in the box can be observed through the observation window, and the equipment alarm device will monitor the abnormal CO2 concentration.
5. After use, take out the foster and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a working environment with a temperature of + 5~ 35 ° C.
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt, if the CO2 concentration exceeds the limit (+/- 1%) and other abnormalities should be dealt with in time.
• When cleaning the liner, the design of its semi-circular arc four corners can be used for easy operation.
• Avoid frequent opening and closing of the box door to keep the internal environment stable.
