Overview
The HONGKE ZHP-250 (room temperature) thermostatic shaking incubator is a 250L device designed for experiments requiring precise temperature and Oscillation Frequency conditions. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios including bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research.

Principle
The device precisely sets and controls the temperature and Oscillation Frequency in the chamber through a microcomputer controller. The independent Shaker system enables smooth start and stop under the action of the acceleration circuit, providing a constant oscillating environment for the sample. The stainless steel liner design helps maintain internal cleanliness and uniform temperature.

Steps
Place the device at an Ambient Temperature of 10~ 30 ° C and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature (room temperature RT + 5~ 65 ° C) and Oscillation Frequency (start~ 300rpm) through the microcomputer controller.
3. If you need timing, set the Timer Range (1~ 9999 minutes).
4. Place the sample (load not exceeding 5kg) on a 420x470mm tray.
5. Start the device, and the Shaker will smoothly accelerate to the set Frequency operation.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment and clean the stainless steel liner.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 10 and 30 ℃.
• The power requirements are 220V 50Hz.
• The maximum load of the tray is 5kg, please do not overload.
Equipment can work continuously, but it is necessary to pay attention to the operating status.
• When cleaning, please use the semi-circular arc four-corner design of the stainless steel liner for thorough cleaning.
• Please set the high and low temperature protection temperature according to the experimental requirements before use.
