Principle
The product is a D-Bar (standard) groove size Metering rod. The transfer amount of Spreader liquid is usually related to the groove size. In the case of the same 1mm area, D-Bar is applied more. Its Coat Weight (wet film thickness) is related to the selected material diameter, surface preparation type and thickness, but the specific Coat Weight is affected by the Spreader condition and the physical properties of the Spreader liquid. The wet film thickness marked on the product is the reference value.
