Overview
OSP-27 L1500/φ 16 is a formed steel wire coating bar, which belongs to OSP series Metering rod. This product can be used for paper, film and other printing Spreaders, and its Coating Weight, length and surface preparation can be customized according to requirements. Widely used in paint inks, paper printing Encasement, tape protective film and other industries.

Principle
The product is a formed steel wire coating bar, which controls the transfer amount of Spreader liquid through its specific groove structure (D-Bar specification). When Spreader, the Spreader liquid is filled in the groove of the Metering rod. When the substrate (such as paper, film) passes, the excess Spreader liquid is scraped off, and the Spreader liquid of Basis Weight in the groove is transferred to the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film of a predetermined thickness.

When selecting a D-Bar specification, it is recommended to refer to the groove specification list and use the smallest specification as a guide.
