Overview
SK/MIC-600-CO-Y/100% online carbon monoxide detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The standard configuration includes point array LCD liquid crystal display, three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user requirements. Output signal fine-tuning is supported, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the principle of infrared NDIR Sensor to continuously monitor the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing, it can output 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal, and can display the concentration value in real time through the LCD display screen.

Steps
1. Installation: Select the diffusion, pipeline, circulation or pump-suction Installation method according to the site conditions, and connect the cable as required (Shielding cable is recommended).
2. Wiring: Connect the power supply (DC12~ 30V) and Output signal line (4-20mA, etc.) according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
3. Power on: Turn on the power supply, start the device and perform self-test.
4. Calibrate: Use the 3 buttons on the device to enter the calibrate mode, and calibrate the zero point and range according to the full software calibrate process.
5. Settings: Set parameters such as alarm points as needed.
6. Operation: The device starts to continuously monitor and display the concentration, and output the corresponding signal.
Notice
• Please select and install according to the actual working conditions.
• Operating ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
• Operating absolute pressure range is 106KPa +/- 20KPa.
• It is recommended to use Shielding cable for connecting cables, with a single wire diameter of not less than 1.5mm and a connection distance of not more than 1000 meters.
• Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
Equipment Protection Rating is IP66, but care should be taken to avoid extreme environments when installing.
• Alarm points are settable items and need to be reasonably configured according to safety specifications.
