SK/MIC-600-NH3-Y/100 online ammonia gas detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitoring equipment of SKYEAGLEE brand. The instrument adopts Modular design, with intelligent Sensor detection technology, and the whole is explosion-proof (d) structure. Standard configuration includes LCD with dot matrix, 3-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, and can customize programmable switch output and other modules according to user request, support Output signal fine-tuning, easy system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The on-line gas concentration detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the ammonia concentration in the environment through the Sampling method of diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The detected gas concentration signal is processed and converted into a standard 4-20mA current signal and RS485 digital signal output.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and signal lines correctly according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. After power on, the instrument enters the working state, and the real-time concentration can be viewed through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
3. If you need to calibrate, use the 3 buttons on the device to enter the calibrate mode, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
4. According to requirements, configure alarm points and Output signal parameters through the settings menu.

* Working ambient temperature range is -20 ℃~ + 50 ℃, Humidity range is 10% RH~ 90% RH (no condensation).
When installing, ensure that the Protection Rating meets IP66 and pay attention to explosion-proof requirements.
It is recommended to use a single wire diameter ≥ 1.5mm three-core Shielding cable for connection, with a maximum connection distance of ≤ 1000 meters.
* Sensors have a lifespan of approximately 2 years and require regular maintenance and calibrating.
