SK/MIC-600-PH3-Y/20 online phosphating hydrogen detector is a fixed installation gas concentration monitor of SKYEAGLEE brand with Modular design, intelligent Sensor detection technology and overall flameproof (d) structure. The instrument standard configuration has dot matrix LCD liquid crystal display, supports three-wire 4~ 20mA analog and RS485 digital signal output, optional programmable switch output and other modules, can provide customized products according to user requests, and supports Output signal fine-tuning, which is convenient for system networking and maintenance.

Principle
The detector adopts the Sensor of electrochemistry principle to continuously monitor the phosphating hydrogen (PH3) gas concentration in the environment through Sampling methods such as diffusion, pipeline, flow or pump suction. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and after processing, it can display the concentration value in real time through the LCD display.

Steps
1. Wire the equipment according to the electrical wiring definition diagram.
2. Connect DC12~ 30V Power Supply.
3. After the device is powered on, confirm the device status and reading through the point matrix LCD liquid crystal display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can enter the calibrate mode through the 3 buttons on the instrument, and follow the prompts to calibrate the zero point and range.
5. According to actual needs, set parameters such as alarm points through the system.
