Overview
The Japanese OSP-06/400 Scratch Bar is a precision Applicator for 6 micron Coating thickness with an accuracy of 0.5 micron. It is a manual Applicator rod that is kept flat through the bottom Drawdown Plate, and uses the Opacity Chart to import the test fluid to manually scrape out the precise wet-film coating. It has the advantages of easy cleaning and no worries about broken wires.

Principle
The Applicator rod selects different wet film thicknesses according to the specific film thickness needs of the customer, keeps it flat through the bottom Drawdown Plate, uses the Opacity Chart to import a certain amount of test fluid, and then manually scrapes out the precise wet-film coating using the Applicator rod of the specific wet-film.
