Principle
The coating rod is uniformly Spreader Coating on the surface of the substrate through a formed process to form a precise thickness wet-film. When in use, it is uniformly scraped on the surface of the Spreader by manual operation to achieve accurate wet film thickness control of 7 μm.

Steps
1. Spreader Substrate and Coatings
2. Coating evenly on one end of the substrate
3. Hold both ends of the coating rod to contact the substrate at an appropriate angle
4. Scrape forward with even force
5. Clean the coating rod in time after completing the Spreader
