Principle
The OSP-8/400 coating rod adopts a formed production process. Spreader evenly on the surface of the substrate through a precisely controlled stainless steel rod body to form a wet-film coating with a thickness of 8 μm. Its special design ensures that the wire is not broken during the Spreader process to achieve High Accuracy Film Preparative.

Steps
1. Prepare a clean substrate surface
