Principle
The Stirrer is powered by a drive motor (series micro motor), and uses a numerical control touch stepless governor to control the Rotation speed and digitally display the running status to ensure correct data collection. The output booster mechanism transmits the booster through multi-stage Non-metallic gears, which doubles the torque and achieves stable operation and low noise. The special pin design of the stirringrod makes it easy and flexible to unload, and the whole can achieve efficient liquid mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type according to the experimental requirements (such as three hole fan type, dissolved type, three blades, etc.);
2. Use the Impeller special rolling head to install the Impeller to ensure flexible unloading;
3. Place the Stirrer on the open rack and select the appropriate media container.
4. Connect the power supply (AC 220 V 50 Hz) and turn on the device.
5. Rotation speed (range 100~ 1300rpm) is set by numerical control touch stepless governor, and the running status is displayed digitally;
6. Start mixing and monitor the mixing process.
7. After the experiment, turn off the power and remove the Impeller for cleaning.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220 V 50 Hz to avoid using improper voltage;
• Check whether the Impeller installation is firm before operation to prevent peeling during operation;
• Select the appropriate Impeller type and Rotation speed according to the liquid viscosity and sample capacity to avoid overload operation;
• Pay attention to the temperature of the equipment during continuous use to ensure that it is within a safe range;
When cleaning and maintaining, disconnect the power supply first to avoid electrical risks.
