Principle
The OSP-120/250 coating rod is formed by forming a uniform Spreader on the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film with a thickness of 120 microns. Its design allows the user to control the Spreader process manually or with a handle to ensure uniformity and conformity of the coating.

Steps
1. Prepare coating rod and substrate to be Spreader
2. For Higher Stability, Handle
3. Apply inks evenly on the coating rod
4. Spreader at a steady speed on the substrate surface
5. Ensure that the application width is 250mm to form a 120 micron wet-film
