The IWAVE Coating thickness gauge WH-81 is available in two models: single iron-based and iron-aluminum double-base. It adopts magnetic thickness measurement method and magnetic eddy current dual-use thickness measurement method respectively, which can quickly and accurately detect the thickness of coatings. The applicable thickness measurement range is 0~ 1250 microns. The WH-81 Coating thickness gauge is an integrated Probe thickness gauge. It is small in size and convenient to carry. It can be used in laboratories or engineering sites. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, automotive industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other fields, such as lame plating, spray painting, oxide film, Eletroplating, etc.
1. Using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, the thickness of the nonmagnetic coating layer on the magnetic metal collective can be measured and the thickness of the nonconductive coating layer on the nonmagnetic metal substrate can be measured. 2. Single point calibrating and two point calibrating can be used for calibrating, and the basic calibrating method can be used to correct the systematic error of the measurement head. 3. Can quickly and automatically identify ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. 4. With power undervoltage indication function. 5. There is a beep prompt during the operation. 6. There are two shutdown modes: manual shutdown mode and automatic shutdown mode. 7, negative number display function to ensure the accuracy of the zero point calibrated. 8. There are functions of displaying average, MAX Maximum, and MIN Minimum.
WH-81 Coating thickness gauge adopts the principle of magnetic Induction, and conducts measurement by two thickness measurement methods: magnetic and eddy current. During measurement, quickly contact the measurement head vertically with the test surface and gently press the measurement head positioning sleeve, the instrument will automatically sense the measured substrate: Fe is displayed when it is sensed to be a magnetic substrate; NFe is displayed when it is sensed to be a nonmagnetic metal.

1. Power on: After pressing the "ON" button, the instrument emits a sound, which will automatically restore the parameter settings before the last shutdown, and display 0.0μm, indicating that it has entered the state to be tested. 2. Shutdown: Without any operation, the instrument will automatically shut down after about 3 minutes. Press the "ON" button to shut down immediately. 3. Unit standard conversion: In the state to be measured, the Measurement unit can be converted according to μm/mil. 4, measurement: prepare the workpiece to be tested; determine whether it needs to be calibrated; quickly contact the measurement head vertically with the test surface and gently press the measurement head positioning sleeve, a sound, the screen displays the Measured value.
• Keep the instrument in a vertical position during measurement • When the measurement head is lifted, the next coating measurement can be carried out • If the instrument is not used for more than 5 consecutive days, the battery should be removed • When the instrument shows a low voltage prompt, the battery should be replaced, and please pay attention to the polarity when replacing the battery • If there is a large error, it can be calibrated by six points
