HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD100/20030040/20030012. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip, which can be capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. With a self-locking chuck to fix the Impeller, stable operation is achieved through the Cube lifting fixing clip.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod through the Cube lifting fixing clip
3. Set the required Rotation speed and Working time parameters
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
6. Turn off the equipment after mixing

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 5-40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be within 0.5~ 10mm
• Note that the maximum viscosity does not exceed 50000mPa · s
• When there is an overload or abnormality, the device will automatically stop and display a fault
• Use non-slip pads to ensure stable operation of the equipment
• Regularly check whether the chuck protective cover is in good condition
