Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Select coarse or fine adjustment mode for parameter adjustment as needed
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Monitor the operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
6. Turn off the equipment after mixing

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 5-40 ° C and the relative humidity does not exceed 80%
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be within 0.5~ 10mm
• Processing capacity is 40L and maximum viscosity is 50000mPa · s
• When overload or failure occurs, the device will automatically stop and display fault information
• Do not use the device beyond the range of specifications
