Overview
HUXI LCD Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work, and has the automatic protection function of overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Monitor the operating status and adjust parameters if necessary
Notice
• Power supply voltage 100-240VAC before use
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Note that the clamping diameter of the Impeller ranges from 0.5 to 10mm
• The device will automatically stop when there is a fault display, please check it in time.
• Use matching chuck protective cover and non-slip pad to ensure safety
• Select the appropriate Impeller type based on sample viscosity
