Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD150/20030032/20030012. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip, which can be capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample, ensuring stable operation under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
4. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
5. Turn off the equipment after mixing

• Only allowed under Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity 80%
• Note that Power supply voltage range is 100-240VAC, rated Frequency 50/60HZ
• Make sure the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad are in good condition before use
• The device will automatically stop and alarm when there are abnormal conditions such as overload and short circuit
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be between 0.5 and 10mm
