Overview
HJQ-2 Pneumatic Stirrer is a HUXI brand product, model HJQ-2/20030041. It uses an air motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment. The product is particularly suitable for stirring with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments, such as paints, chemicals and solvents.

Principle
The HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer uses a pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, converts the pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas, and drives the Impeller to swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the sample.

Flammable and explosive substances stirring, high temperature environment stirring, paints stirring, chemical stirring, solvent stirring
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source.
2. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it as required.
3. Adjust the Cube lifting fixing clip to the required height;
4. Open the air source and monitor the pressure through the pressure gauge.
5. Start Stirrer for stirring operation;
6. After stirring, turn off the air source and disassemble the Impeller.
Notice
Make sure the compressed air pressure is within the range of 0 to 6 bar.
- Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%;
- Check whether the Impeller is firmly installed before use;
- Avoid using non-explosion-proof equipment in flammable and explosive environments;
- Regular Maintenance of Air Motors and Impellers;
- Pay attention to safety when stirring to prevent the liquid from splashing.
