Overview
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a product of HUXI brand, model HJQ-2/20030042. It uses an air motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment. Especially suitable for stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments.

Principle
The HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer uses the pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, and converts the pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas, and drives the stirringdevice to realize the stirring and mixing of the sample.

Flammable and explosive substances stirring, high temperature environment stirring, paints stirring, chemical stirring, solvent stirring
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source.
2. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it as required.
3. Adjust the Cube lifting fixing clip to the required height;
4. Start the air motor to stir.
5. Monitor the pressure value through the pressure gauge.
6. Turn off the air source after stirring.
Notice
Make sure the compressed air pressure is within the range of 0 to 6 bar.
- Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃;
- relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
- Only applicable to batch processing methods;
- When selecting Impeller, match the liquid viscosity (maximum viscosity ≤ 5000cp);
- Avoid improper use outside flammable and explosive environments;
- Regularly check the self-locking chuck and Impeller status.
