Overview
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a power device that uses pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy by the expansion of compressed gas to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment. Especially suitable for stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments.

Principle

Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source
2. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it as required
3. Adjust the Cube Lifting Clamp to the appropriate height
4. Turn on the air source for stirring operation
5. Monitoring Operating Pressure with Pressure Gauge
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be within 5~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
Make sure the compressed air pressure is within the range of 0 to 6 bar before use
• Select the appropriate Impeller type based on material viscosity
• Regularly check the fastening status of the self-locking chuck
• Pay attention to the matching of Impeller and container to avoid collision
