Overview
The XIONGFA KSM-4003 U-Shaped Vibrating Tube Density Meter is a fully automatic density measuring instrument that uses the principle of U-Shaped Tube Oscillation Method, combined with Peltier precise temperature control technology and high-resolution video camera technology to provide accurate, stable and reliable test results. It uses pulse excitation and High Accuracy detection technology to quickly measure sample density and related parameters, and high-resolution video can visually observe the effect of bubbles in the sample.

Principle
Based on the U-tube oscillation method, the Density Meter injects a small amount of sample into a sample tube with a controlled temperature, records the vibration Frequency or period, and calculates the sample density by the sample tube constant obtained in advance. The sample tube constant is determined by the vibration Frequency of the known density calibration solution, and the instrument displays the density value directly after the sample is injected.

Steps
1. Injection of samples: manual or automatic injection pump to inject samples
2. Observe the sample: check whether there are bubbles in the sample through high-resolution video
3. Start measurement: Instrument automatically records Vibration Frequency and calculates density
4. Read results: directly display density, temperature and other related parameters
5. Cleaning and drying: Automatically clean the sample tube and dry it for the next measurement
