Overview
The XIONGFA KSM-4008 U-Shaped Vibrating Tube Density Meter is a fully automatic density measuring instrument that uses the principle of U-Shaped Tube Oscillation Method, combined with Peltier precise temperature control technology and high-resolution video camera technology to provide accurate, stable and reliable test results. The instrument uses pulse excitation and High Accuracy detection technology to facilitate users to quickly measure sample density and related parameters, and can directly observe the bubble situation in the sample.

Principle
The Density Meter uses the U-tube oscillation principle to inject a small amount of sample into a sample tube with a controlled temperature, record the vibration Frequency or period, and calculate the sample density using the sample tube constant obtained in advance. The sample tube constant is determined by the vibration Frequency when filled with a known density calibration solution, and the instrument displays the density value directly after the sample is injected.

Steps
1. Manual injection of about 2mL of sample or automatic sampling of about 4mL by built-in injection pump
