This Automatic Film Applicator is specially designed for GB/T 9756 standard, with Vacuum chuck function, coating speed can be stepless between 1~ 200mm/s to ensure flat adsorption of polyester film. Equipped with High Accuracy imported bar, Spreader size is 300x400mm, widely used in R & D institutions and Universities & colleges.

Principle
Vacuum chuck device through the polyester film flat close to the surface of the coating table, bar coating method, automatic Spreader film at a set speed. Bar can be loaded at both ends of the weight, to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of Spreader.

Steps
1. Place the polyester film on the coating table
2. Start the Vacuum chucking device to make the polyester film flat and close
3. Set the bar speed
4. Load the weight of both ends of the bar
5. Start the Spreader program to make the board
Notice
• Vacuum chuck should be started when making plates for contrast ratio items
• Both ends of the bar need to load 500g weight
• Spreader Travel should not be less than 375mm
• The bar running speed is set to 100mm/s
• Ensure that the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz
• Check the connection status of the vacuum pump before use
