Overview
DIANYANG TA-60 thermal imagery analyzer is a device based on the principle of infrared detection imagery, which is used to detect and measure the change of object temperature over time, and can perform unlimited data storage and Reliability analysis of measurement results. The instrument is suitable for circuit design, component detection, heat dissipation and heat conduction material detection, electronic cigarette atomization gas and other thermal field detection.

1. Detection temperature: Provide a variety of temperature detection drawing tools (point, line, rectangle, polygon, Jiugong diagram), 16 kinds of special color plates, rectangle box detailed inspection function, a variety of temperature and width detection methods (dynamic temperature width, highlight high temperature area, isotherm), a variety of temperature data display (high temperature, low temperature, average temperature), and a variety of temperature changes Linear dispersion display (global temperature, 40 point temperature measurement, 20 area temperature measurement).
2. Storage of temperature data: Supports unlimited recording of temperature data and saving it in CSV format. Temperature sampling Frequency can be flexibly configured (50ms, 100ms, 200ms... 1s). If the temperature threshold is exceeded, it can be automatically photographed and saved, and supports manual photography and video recording.
3. Analysis of infrared thermal imagery data: Support online temperature analysis and real-time display of Linear dispersion, which can be displayed in multiple periods (1 minute, 5 minutes and 10 minutes), support offline analysis of CSV format data, offline analysis of infrared thermal images, and multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of infrared thermal images, time and temperature changes and isothermal hierarchical analysis.
Principle
The product uses the principle of infrared detection imagery to receive infrared radiation emitted by objects through infrared detectors and convert it into temperature data to form thermal images. The system can record and analyze temperature changes over time in real time, and perform data processing, storage and visual analysis through software.

Operating system must be Windows 10 or above.
• Computer minimum configuration requirements: CPU i5 and above, minimum memory 4G (recommended above 8G); if you need to conduct a large amount of data testing, save applications and 3D temperature analysis, it is recommended to use i7 CPU (or AMD CPU of the same grade) and memory above 8G.
The computer must have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (2005-2019) patch installed, otherwise the software will not run.
