Overview
YN-KZY50 microcomputer vertical Tensile strength tester is a professional test instrument designed according to the national standard GB/T12914 and ISO1924-2/3 methods. It adopts two-way Test method to accurately determine the Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index and other mechanical properties of paper, Cardboard, Aluminum Foil, Copper Foil, Plastic film and other materials. The instrument has a wide range and high accuracy, and is suitable for paper mills, scientific research institutes and Quality control departments.

Principle
Under the condition of constant speed tensile, the instrument stretches the specimen of specified size to fracture to determine its tensile resistance, and records the key parameters such as ultimate tensile resistance, breaking length and tensile index at fracture.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate fixture according to the test material.
2. Set test parameters on the 7-inch Touchscreen, such as Test speed, clip spacing, etc.
3. Correctly hold the specimen of the specified size between the upper and lower clamps.
4. Start the test, and the instrument will automatically perform constant-speed stretching.
5. Linear dispersion can be observed in real time during the test.
6. After the specimen breaks, the instrument automatically stops and records the test data.
7. Test results can be automatically counted and printed out through the built-in thermal printer.
8. For further analysis, computer software can be connected through the RS232 interface.
Notice
The instrument should be placed on a stable working table to avoid vibration.
• Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz before use.
• According to the sample type and standard requirements, correctly select the fixture and set the parameters.
When clamping the specimen, ensure that the specimen is flat and centered to avoid initial stress.
Do not touch moving parts or specimens during testing.
• Test accuracy by calibrating and maintaining instruments regularly.
• The instrument has a built-in protection function. If there is any abnormality, please stop the operation immediately and check it.
When replacing the fixture, make sure the instrument is powered off or in a safe state.
