Overview
The YIHENG BPN-170RWP Co2 incubator is a precision device specially designed for cell fostering. It uses Water-jacketed Heating mode and infrared CO2 Sensor to provide a stable temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration environment. The product is equipped with Touchscreen controller and multiple Safety protection systems to ensure the safety and reliability of the experimental process.

Principle
Co2 incubator monitors and regulates CO2 concentration through infrared Sensor, Pt100 temperature detector controls the temperature in the box, and Water-jacketed Heating mode keeps the temperature stable. The circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure a uniform environment. The sterilization system eliminates microorganisms through high temperature heating and humidity or ultraviolet rays, effectively Filter and purify the gas, and maintain a sterile foster environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device
2. Set temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration parameters through Touchscreen
3. Press the sterilization start button for high temperature heating and humidity sterilization (optional)
4. Place the sample and close the box door
5. Linear dispersion and alarm information
6. After the experiment, remove the sample and clean the equipment

• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to maintain CO2 concentration and temperature stability
• Regularly check Filter and Sterilization System to ensure effectiveness
• Power supply voltage AC 220V 50Hz before use
• Pay attention to alarm prompts such as overtemperature and power failure, and deal with abnormalities in time
• Do not touch non-essential areas of the screen during operation to prevent misoperation
• The sterilizing process takes 18 hours to ensure full sterilization
