The YIHENG BPN-240RWP Co2 incubator is an advanced foster device with Touchscreen controller, with precise CO2 concentration control and temperature monitoring system. Equipped with a variety of sterilization systems and Safety protection functions, the product provides a stable and sterile experimental environment for cell fostering. The volume is 240L and is suitable for all kinds of biological laboratories.
Features
1. Touchscreen controller: Large Touchscreen supports Chinese and English Operating interface, which can display Linear dispersion, lock screen, query 72-hour running records, and optional RS-485 Communication interface.
2. CO2 concentration Control system: Imported infrared Sensor, high accuracy, not affected by Temperature and Humidity, can restore the set concentration within ≤ 3 minutes after opening the door.
3. Temperature control monitoring system: including Pt100 temperature detector, door temperature heating, Ambient Temperature monitoring, over-temperature protection and power-off alarm to ensure temperature accuracy and safety.
4. Sterilization system: Provide 90 ℃ high temperature heating and humidity sterilization and ultraviolet sterilization in two ways to effectively eliminate microbial pollution.
5. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: automatically adjust the wind speed according to the temperature to avoid sample volatilization.

Principle
The Co2 incubator precisely monitors and controls the CO2 concentration through the Infrared Sensor, ensuring a quick recovery of the set value. The Temperature Control system uses the Pt100 detector to adjust the Heating power in real time, combined with door heating and Ambient Temperature monitoring to prevent condensation and temperature overshoot. The sterilization system sterilizes the box through high temperature heat and humidity or ultraviolet rays, the circulating fan automatically adjusts the wind speed to maintain a stable environment, and the effective Filter infiltrates contaminants in the outside air and CO2 gas to ensure sterile conditions for the cells to foster.

Steps
1. Power on the device and use Touchscreen to set temperature, Humidity and CO2 concentration parameters.
2. Start the sterilization system on demand: press the sterilization start button on the control panel for high temperature heating and humidity sterilization or use ultraviolet sterilization.
3. After placing the sample, close the box door, and the system automatically resumes the set conditions.
4. Monitor operation Linear dispersion and alarm information, and download data through RS-485 interface if necessary.
Notice
• Avoid opening and closing doors frequently to prevent affecting CO2 concentration and temperature recovery.
• Regularly check the Filter and Sterilization System to ensure effective operation.
• Before use, confirm that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of + 5~ 30 ° C.
• Pay attention to over-temperature protection and power-off alarm functions, and deal with abnormal situations in a timely manner.
