Overview
YIHENG MGC-450BP light Chamber is a high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment, using imported brand Compressors and circulating fans. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life and low noise. Compared with traditional low temperature equipment, the cooling time is saved by more than 40%. It can accurately simulate different environment climate conditions and is widely used in microbial tissue cell fostering, seed germination, seedling testing, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding.
Features
1. The microcomputer program controls the temperature, Humidity, and Illumrination degree, which can simulate the temperature and Humidity changes of day and night, or select Illuminants with sufficient and stable growth environment.
2. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data one-screen display, Menu Operating interface, easy to understand, easy to observe and operate.
3. Imported brand Compressors ensure long-term continuous operation, environmentally friendly refrigerants, effective, low energy consumption, and promote energy conservation.
4. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc transition, Shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
5. 30 sets of programs can be set, each set time range is 1-99 hours (optional).
6. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment (standard).
7. It can be equipped with RS485 interface and computer connection, and can synchronously monitor the experimental process or record experimental data through the computer (optional).
8. Can be equipped with CO2 air inlet (to promote plant growth) and CO2 controller (infrared CO2 Sensor).
Principle
The lighting Chamber controls temperature, Humidity and illumination by microcomputer program to simulate different environment climate conditions. Imported Compressor and circulating fan work together to achieve efficient cooling and air circulation to ensure a stable environment in the box. The lighting system adopts three-sided lighting mode, Illumrination degree 0~ 25000LX adjustable, six-level adjustable light level to meet various foster needs.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the device, use the large screen LCD display and menu Operating interface to set parameters such as temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree.
3. Optional 30 sets of programs, each with a time range of 1-99 hours (optional).
4. Place the sample on the shelf and start the equipment to foster.
5. Monitor the experimental process, and optionally connect to the computer to record data through the RS485 interface (optional).
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Continuous Operating Time of not less than 180 hours to avoid overload operation.
• Regularly clean the mirror stainless steel liner to ensure hygiene.
• Use an independent temperature limit alarm system to prevent temperature overruns.
Optional features require additional configuration, such as RS485 interface or CO2 controller.
