Overview
YIHENG WSZ-200A Cyclotron Shaker is a microcomputer-controlled laboratory equipment, which is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research that require high temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It has the characteristics of precise control, easy operation and high efficiency. It comes standard with a multi-functional spring clip, and can choose a variety of cradles and fixtures to adapt to different experimental needs.
Features
1. Microcomputer is used to control Temperature, Frequency and Time, with built-in power-off protection function, and the power supply will automatically resume operation after normal power supply.
2. Large LCD screen, while displaying temperature, Frequency and time, Menu Operating interface is easy to understand, locking operation mode to prevent misoperation.
3. Low heat dissipation brushless DC motor with large starting torque, wide speed regulation, constant torque and maintenance-free.
4. Users can adjust the starting torque of the motor by themselves to avoid the failure of the instrument due to excessive load, and automatically stop running when the oscillation is too severe, resulting in smooth starting and deceleration.
5. A variety of proprietary cradles and fixtures are available for easy replacement and improved work efficiency.
6. The multi-stage programming function can simplify the complex test process and achieve automatic control and operation (optional).
Principle
The gyratory Shaker precisely adjusts the Oscillation Frequency and Time through the microcomputer controller, and uses the low heat dissipation brushless DC motor to drive the tray for gyratory oscillation with a fixed amplitude of 20mm. Users can monitor parameters through the LCD screen, and can choose multi-stage programming function to realize automatic operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set the Oscillation Frequency (40~ 300rpm) and Timer Range (0~ 599min) through the LCD controller.
3. Select and install multi-function spring clips or Miscellaneous optional clamps as required.
4. Start the instrument and monitor the parameters on the display.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power.
Notice
• To avoid excessive load, the user can adjust the starting torque of the motor to prevent the instrument from failing to operate.
• When the oscillation is too intense, the instrument will automatically stop running to ensure safety.
• Use the locked operation mode to prevent misoperation.
• Optional multi-stage programming controller and RS485 interface, but RS485/232 and printer can only choose one.
