Overview
YIHENG WSZ-100B Cyclotron Shaker is a microcomputer-controlled laboratory equipment widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research that require high temperature and Oscillation Frequency. The instrument has a large LCD screen and a locked operation mode to ensure easy and safe operation.
Features
1. Microcomputer control Temperature, Frequency and Time, built-in power-off protection function, can automatically resume operation after normal power supply.
2. Large LCD screen, can display temperature, Frequency and time at the same time, Menu Operating interface, easy to understand. Lock operation mode to prevent misoperation.
3. Low heat dissipation brushless DC motor with large starting torque, wide speed regulation, constant torque and maintenance-free.
4. The user can adjust the starting torque of the motor by himself to avoid the failure of the instrument due to excessive load. When the oscillation is too violent, the instrument will automatically stop running, and the starting and deceleration will be smooth.
5. A variety of proprietary cradles and fixtures are available, making it easy to replace them and greatly improving work efficiency.
6. Multi-stage programming function can simplify the complex test process and truly realize automatic control and operation. (optional)
Principle
The Swing Shaker precisely adjusts the Oscillation Frequency and Time through a microcomputer controller, and is driven by a low-heat-dissipation brushless DC motor to provide stable oscillatory motion. The user can customize the starting torque to ensure load adaptability and safe operation, and automatically stop when excessive oscillation is detected.
Applications
Bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzymes and tissue studies
Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set Temperature, Frequency and Time parameters with large LCD screen.
3. Select and install multifunctional spring clips or Miscellaneous clamps as required.
4. Start the instrument, the microcomputer controller runs automatically, and monitors the display parameters.
5. After the timing expires, the instrument automatically stops or continues to run according to the settings.
Notice
• To avoid excessive load, the user can adjust the starting torque of the motor to prevent the instrument from failing to operate.
When the oscillation is too intense, the instrument will automatically stop running to ensure safety.
• Use the locked operation mode to prevent misoperation.
• Regularly check the power supply and connection to ensure that the power failure protection function is normal.
• When replacing cradles and fixtures, follow simple instructions to improve efficiency.
