Overview
YIHENG WSZ-100BR reciprocating Shaker is a microcomputer-controlled laboratory equipment, which is widely used in the fields of bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions and enzyme and tissue research with high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It has a large screen LCD screen, a low heat dissipation brushless DC motor and a variety of optional cradle fixtures. It supports multi-stage programming function (optional), easy and safe operation.
Features
1. Microcomputer is used to control Temperature, Frequency and Time, with built-in power-off protection function, and the power supply will automatically resume operation after normal power supply.
2. Large LCD screen simultaneously displays Temperature, Frequency and Time, Menu Operating interface is easy to understand, Lock operation mode prevents misoperation.
3. Low heat dissipation brushless DC motor with large starting torque, wide speed regulation, constant torque and maintenance-free.
4. Users can adjust the starting torque of the motor by themselves to avoid the failure of the instrument due to excessive load; when the oscillation is too severe, it will automatically stop running, and the starting and deceleration will be smooth.
5. A variety of proprietary cradles and fixtures are available for easy replacement and improved work efficiency.
6. The multi-stage programming function can simplify the complex test process and achieve automatic control and operation (optional).
Principle
The reciprocating Shaker precisely adjusts the Oscillation Frequency and Time through a microcomputer controller, and is driven by a low-heat dissipation brushless DC motor to achieve reciprocating oscillation motion. Users can monitor and set parameters through the LCD screen, and the motor starting torque can be adjusted to adapt to different loads, ensuring smooth start and deceleration, and automatically stops in case of abnormal oscillation to protect the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set parameters such as Oscillation Frequency (40~ 250rpm) and Time (0~ 5999min) through the large-screen LCD menu.
3. Install multifunctional spring clamps or Miscellaneous optional clamps as required.
4. Start the instrument and monitor the Temperature, Frequency and Time on the display.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the tray and fixture.
Notice
• To avoid excessive load, the user can adjust the starting torque of the motor to prevent the instrument from failing to operate.
• When the oscillation is too severe, the instrument will automatically stop running, and the load settings need to be checked.
• Use the locked operation mode to prevent misoperation.
• Maintain the motor regularly to ensure maintenance-free characteristics.
• When optional multi-stage programming controller and RS485 interface, pay attention to delivery period and compatibility.
