Overview
HZQ-3112 (double-decked) shaker is an open oscillator equipment launched by YIHENG brand, which can run continuously for a long time and is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research with high requirements for Oscillation Frequency, especially suitable for pilot and large-scale production fields.

Principle
The shaker adopts a three-eccentric shaft equilibrating drive process, and controls the Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer to ensure that the samples on the oscillation tray oscillate at the same Rotation speed, the gentle start function prevents the sample from spilling, and the Rotation speed monitoring circuit monitors in real time and ensures safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set Oscillation Frequency (40~ 300rpm), time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu Operating interface.
3. Select normal or programmed operation mode (e.g. optional multi-stage programmable control).
4. Start the device, and the gentle oscillation start function will run automatically.
5. Monitor the operating status, and the equipment automatically stores parameters and continues the original program after the power outage resumes.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Check whether the cradle and fixture are firmly installed before use to prevent accidental peeling.
• To avoid running the device when the Rotation speed is too fast or too slow, the monitoring circuit will automatically stop oscillating.
• When cleaning, remove the stainless steel oscillating countertop for cleaning to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the heat dissipation of the motor when running continuously for a long time to ensure that the environment is ventilated.
• Read the instructions carefully before using the programming mode to avoid parameter setting errors.
