Overview
HZQ series shaker is an open oscillating equipment, which can run continuously for a long time. It is widely used in the research of cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell organization with high requirements for Oscillation Frequency. It can foster the movement and static of microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for pilot and mass production fields.

Principle
Frequency is controlled by microcomputer, and the sample oscillates at the same Rotation speed on the oscillation tray through the equilibrating drive process of the three eccentric shafts. A Rotation speed monitoring circuit is used to monitor the abnormal Rotation speed and stop the oscillation. The gentle oscillation start function prevents the sample from spilling.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Set Oscillation Frequency (40~ 300rpm), time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu Operating interface.
3. Select normal or programmed operation mode (e.g. optional multi-stage programmable control).
4. Place the sample on the oscillating table and install the cradle and fixture as required.
5. Start the device, and the gentle oscillation start function will run automatically.
6. Monitor the operating status, and the equipment automatically handles abnormal situations.

• Avoid accidental start and stop of equipment by using the gentle oscillation start function.
