Overview
YIHENG BPH-500C low/high temperature test chamber is a new generation of high and low temperature (alternating) test equipment, integrating the company's many years of box design experience, in line with the humanized design concept, starting from the actual needs of customers, try to meet customer requirements in details, and provide high-quality products. The equipment Temperature range is -60~ 130 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 0.5 ℃, Temperature Uniformity +/- 2 ℃, Inner Chamber dimensions 800 * 700 * 900mm, volume 500L, using imported Compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants to ensure high efficiency and energy saving.

Principle
The low/high temperature test Chamber is cooled by imported Compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants, combined with circulating fans and a unique air duct system to ensure even temperature distribution in the chamber. The Temperature Humidity Controller uses High Accuracy LCD display and keyboard input, supports multi-stage programmable control, and automatically adjusts the temperature Humidity conditions. The safety system includes an independent temperature limit alarm and protection mechanism to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC380V 50Hz to ensure that the device is powered on.
2. Enter the Temperature and Humidity parameters through the keyboard or Touchscreen to set the test program.
3. Start the equipment and monitor the Humidity Linear dispersion.
4. Use test holes for experimental operation and measurement.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the studio.
Notice
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the equipment will automatically interrupt operation and sound and light alarm, which needs to be dealt with in time.
• Avoid human touch screen lock function to prevent changing test data or downtime.
• Regularly check the Compressor and fan protection mechanism to ensure safe operation.
• Clean the studio in time after use to maintain equipment hygiene.
