Principle
The equipment realizes refrigeration through imported brand Compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants, combined with circulating fans and unique air duct circulation system, so that the temperature distribution of the studio is uniform. Programmable Touchscreen controller is used for multi-stage programmable control, and the temperature and Humidity changes are corrected in real time through the P.I.D automatic calculation function to ensure accurate and stable control. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation and alarms when the temperature exceeds to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC380V 50Hz, ensure Power 9900W.
2. Enter the Temperature and Humidity parameters through the keyboard or Touchscreen, and use the High Accuracy LCD display to observe the settings.
3. Set the number of programmable segments, up to 120 groups of 99 segments each, the number of cycles is 999 times, and the maximum duration of each segment is 999 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
4. Start the equipment, monitor the temperature and Humidity operation Linear dispersion, and make measurements through the test hole if necessary.
5. Use an Interface (such as RS-232, RS-485 or USB) to connect to a computer for Data storage, analysis or printing.
6. After the test, close the equipment and clean the liner, and the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded for easy cleaning.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC380V 50Hz to avoid equipment damage caused by voltage mismatch.
• Pay attention to the independent temperature limit alarm system when operating, it will automatically interrupt and alarm when overheating, and deal with abnormalities in time.
• Avoid artificially touching the control screen when the screen lock function is enabled to prevent accidental changes to test data or downtime.
• Regularly check the Compressor and fan overheating protection function to ensure safe operation.
• Use test holes safely to prevent burns or Miscellaneous injuries.
• When cleaning the liner, remove the shelf first and use the appropriate tools to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
When connecting to the computer and transferring data, ensure that the interface is compatible to avoid data loss.
